Simone Biles

“Nothing to be ashamed of”

Simone Biles is America’s most decorated gymnast at 23 with 30 combined Olympic and World Championship Medals. She is living proof of how ADHD is not a hindrance to anything; she said so herself. It all began at the age of six, on a field trip to a gymnastics centre, she was fascinated by the gymnasts there, and began imitating them. A letter was sent home that day, requesting she train in gymnastics. Her ADHD has never stopped her, never halted her from doing anything she aspired to. She remains an inspiring role model for young people all across the globe.
